Take over management of the Facebook page and Twitter account for the Standard Bank Graduate Programmes in October 2015 and grow the following as well as increase engagement, specifically, of university level students – the ones likely to convert into grad programmes applicants.
Use social media to drive career fair and campus activation attendance and utilise activations to increase social media followings by creating content that would build engagement- content that would resonate with our audience. Since then, the followings on both channels have grown exponentially.
