THE BRIEF

Create an interactive e-learning experience for all Chevron employees and contractors to inform them of critical safety information.

THE IDEA

A rewards-based learning programme hosted on pods situated across all Chevron sites. Content is updated monthly and includes a video and quiz where employees have the opportunity to win credit by answering the quiz correctly.

THE RESULTS

The Think campaign has played an integral part in lowering incidents and fatalities on Chevron sites and and led to an incident free year in 2015.
